About Emmit: Emmit is an expressive, elegant partner who loves connecting with new friends. With long, sweeping strides and graceful movement, he brings beauty to every session. But don’t let him fool you, those long strides have power in them and he is a master at teaching students how to post with a trot that bounces riders to the moon and back! Emmit also has a playful side and is the first horse to get the “zoomies” around the pasture before convincing all of his friends to join in.
Fun fact: His absolute favorite activity? Trotting over poles with style and enthusiasm.
Horsey Hoofnote: Emmit has white hair but is technically a “grey.” A true white horse is born white and has pink skin under its coat. A grey horse, however, is born a darker color (like black, bay, or chestnut) and gradually lightens over time . This is due to the grey gene which causes the coat to lose pigment with age. So, no matter how snowy white Emmit appears, he is still classified as grey!
